How to Place an Order on the Website?
The ordering process is very simple: add products to the cart, choose a delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. To add a product to the cart, simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the product. If you want more units of the same product, go to the cart area and adjust the quantity according to your preferences. Once you have all the necessary products in the cart, click the button in the cart area - "Order." Enter the delivery address or select an existing address from your account, choose the delivery and payment method, and click the order completion button - "Submit Order." On your browser screen, the system will display: invoice/order number, amount due/paid, and a list of purchased products. After completing the steps outlined above, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
There are several payment methods depending on your preferences. Thus, you can choose from the following:
Payment for goods upon delivery in cash
Based on the invoice attached to the package delivered by the courier; this method is available only in Tbilisi.
Cashless Payment
For cashless payment, an invoice is sent to legal entities after the order is received. To do this, you need to send your details by email to cambridgebookscartego.md
Credit/Debit Card
If you have chosen a credit/debit card as the payment method, you need to fill out the form with its details. If the card transaction is successful, the next screen will thank you for your order and provide you with the relevant order information. This information will also be sent to you by email.
Payment is made via Visa and MasterCard bank cards. If you choose this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the bank’s secure payment page, where you will need to enter your card details for payment. No additional fees are charged for such payments. Payment is made in lei at the exchange rate of the card-issuing bank and is based on a secure online payment processing system that ensures confidentiality and transaction security. Card data processing is carried out exclusively by the bank; our store does not request or store any card information.
